A Tranquil Design For Coastal Living
Along the banks of an Intracoastal waterway sits this picturesque coastal escape. Keeping in mind the couple's desire for this home, we carried out the tranquility of being on the water throughout each space. We accomplished this by using varying shades of blue and natural elements combined with lots of texture. This home is a peaceful haven of relaxation and comfort, creating the perfect space to kick back with an ice-cold glass of lemonade.

The couple wanted this home to be as laid-back as they are, so it is all about comfort and relaxation - no matter what space you're in!
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE STYLE AND OVERALL FEEL OF THE HOUSE THE HOMEOWNER WANTED TO ACHIEVE?
WHAT WAS THE HOMEOWNER’S MAIN GOAL FOR THIS PROJECT?
Our goal was to subtly bring the outside environment in, so we chose items of specific materials and finishes to help us achieve that look. Things like teakwood bunching cubes, kelp-like greenery, ocean-life decor, and many hints of blue!
WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE THESE PARTICULAR ITEMS FOR THIS HOME?
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF THIS DESIGN?
We LOVED getting to create their large outdoor patio! There is ample lounge and dining space, but the swing is what makes it show-stopping. The size of a twin bed, the couple can snuggle up together and enjoy a glass of lemonade in the cool, coastal breeze!
